Property owners may request to review BW's original insurance policies before signing the contract to confirm that the coverage period spans the entire construction phase plus a two-month buffer. Insurance is the final safeguard within the safety management system, rather than the sole protection.

The bottom line of our construction period commitment: BW will never promise an unrealistic timeline just to secure an owner's order. The above construction period is based on the premise of "rapid decision-making by the owner, simplified design, and the use of mainly in-stock materials". If the owner requires multiple rounds of design revisions or a large amount of custom-made materials, the construction period will be extended accordingly. BW will truthfully disclose the achievable construction period during the preliminary assessment and clearly list the conditions that could affect the timeline.
