CORE CHALLENGES
Core design challenges
The project not only required balancing construction efficiency and engineering quality under extremely high standards, but also overcoming complex physical conditions on-site and strict management regulations:
1. Stringent property and environmental compliance requirements
Grade-A office buildings have an extremely low tolerance for environmental impacts during construction. Any renovation odors, dust, or noise spreading through the building's original ventilation system will directly affect the normal operations of high-end tenants on other floors, posing a significant risk of being ordered to stop work by the property management.

2. Limit installation of high-difficulty special materials
The design scheme includes creating feature background walls in three key areas, selecting natural sintered stone slabs with dimensions of up to 1.2m wide × 3m high and a thickness of only 9mm. Although this material offers excellent visual effects, it is extremely dense and highly fragile, posing an ultimate challenge to the precision of handling and wall-mounting installation in confined spaces.
3. Complex acoustics and soundproofing treatment
Modern executive offices and boardroom spaces demand the highest levels of privacy and tranquility. However, with the ceiling structure above the construction site cluttered with complex M&E piping and multiple air conditioning units, thoroughly blocking noise transmission without significantly sacrificing ceiling height and equipment operating efficiency presents a major technical challenge.
