Kowloon East, encompassing areas such as Kwun Tong, Kowloon Bay, and Kai Tak, is Hong Kong's second Core Business District (CBD2) key-developed under the government's "Energizing Kowloon East" initiative. Over the past decade or so, its commercial floor space has increased significantly, forming a sizable business community. This allows them to utilize larger floor plates to create open-plan offices, innovation labs, and collaborative spaces, while enjoying the staff experience advantages brought by the waterfront promenade, sports, and leisure facilities.
