Over the past 16 years, the company has completed more than 1,500 office projects across over 40 sectors, including finance, technology, NGOs, education, healthcare, legal, retail, and corporate headquarters. BW chose to integrate design and construction under a single point of responsibility for a very straightforward reason: the most common issues in office projects occur during the handoff between the designer and the contractor—where details from the design drawings are distorted on-site, and both parties shift blame when changes are requested.
