CNC 數控切割，精度 ≤0.5mm

電腦輸出圖紙直接驅動 CNC 設備切割，取代人手裁板。板材尺寸誤差極小，批量訂製各件尺寸完全一致，安裝現場無需現場打磨修補，節省工時並確保品質穩定。

自動封邊機，防水耐用

板材切口由自動封邊機熱壓封邊，接口密實無縫，防止板材邊位受潮膨脹。手工封邊常出現的起翹、氣泡、接縫過厚問題，在自動化生產線上基本消除。封邊厚度 0.4–2mm 均可按場景選配。

噴塗生產線，批量色彩一致

整批訂製傢俬在同一噴塗週期完成，確保同一項目的所有傢俬色調完全一致。前台、儲物牆、辦公枱同一色系訂製時，色差問題在生產線上可控，而非依賴師父人手調色。
